Most of our training programs include printed or digital study materials.
- Digital Materials: E-books, guides, or PDFs are delivered to your registered email address within 24–48 hours after successful enrollment and payment confirmation.
- Printed Materials: If your course includes printed materials, these will be dispatched to your registered address within 5–7 business days of enrollment.
2. Certificates
Upon successful completion of a course or training program, certificates are:
- Digital Certificates: Sent to your registered email within 7 working days after course completion.
- Printed Certificates (if requested): Dispatched via courier within 10–12 working days of course completion.
3. Merchandise or Equipment (if applicable)
If you purchase official academy merchandise (e.g., uniforms, T-shirts, caps, or training accessories):
- Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation.
- Delivery time depends on your location and courier partner but usually takes 5–10 business days within India.
- Tracking details will be shared via email once your order has been dispatched.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before payment.
- For bulk or special orders, shipping charges may vary depending on weight and destination.
- Free shipping may apply during promotional offers or specific courses.
5. Address Accuracy

7. International Shipping
Currently, we provide services and deliver physical materials only within India.
International shipping is not available at this time.
